The Connoisseur is a tour for wine and food afficionados looking for a top of the line experience. Not only will you visit some of Austin's premier wine destinations, but at each destination you will taste and sample high end wines and champagnes paired alongside intricately selected Hors D'oeuvres and appetizers, with a custom main course menu, and desert. The Connoisseur constitutes a four course dinner starting with Hors D'oeuvres and a high end white wine flight at the Paggi House, a red wine flight and appetizer pairing at the Four Season's "Trio", and a champagne flight paired with a custom main course menu, followed by a gourmet desert at Cru, A Wine Bar. Along the way you will have the option to travel via human powered bicycle taxi or an eco-friendly private car.

      Reds at CrúCrú is Austin's premier wine bar. Conceived as an exciting urban destination to experience and explore the fascinating world of wine.
