Before purchasing passes for your tour, please note these following details:
Group Bookings
-For larger group bookings of 6 or more please provide at least 2 - 3 days notice. You will greatly increase the likelihood of booking your tour on the date you wish the further in advance you book your tour date.
Cancellation and Rescheduling
-For tours that take place on rainy days, tours can be rescheduled or moved into taxi cabs.
-Tour cancellations will incur a 20% surcharge for each cancellation.
-Tours that require a refund for adverse weather conditions will not be charged a cancellation fee.
Food and Drink
-Each stop on an UrbanTasteTour provides you with a specialty drink and/or shared or individual appetizer.
-Not all tours provide for individual appetizers at each stop. Some tours provide individual appetizers and some tours provide shared appetizers. Please read the description of each tour carefully so that you are fully aware of what is included with your tour.
Gratuity
-Tour prices do NOT include gratuity and minimum gratuities are REQUIRED for all Urban Taste Tours
-Minimum gratuity for waitstaff and restaurant personnel is $5 per person, per restaurant stop.
-Minimum gratuity for your pedicab or taxicab tour guide is $30 per guide.
-All unpaid gratuities will be charged to card used for purchase of tour passes, in addition to a $25 convenience fee.
-Gratuity for pedicab operators may be paid at the very end of each tour as opposed to at the end of each ride. Pedicab operators conducting your tour will not expect gratuity until the very end of the tour.
